Editorial Policy

The standards behind every Suppervique guide.

Last updated: October 13, 2026

Readers rely on Suppervique for clear, accurate information. These standards guide everything we publish.

Independence

We do not accept payment, free products or gifts in exchange for featuring ingredients or brands, and our recipes are brand-neutral. Advertisers, if present, have no influence over our content.

Recipe testing

Every recipe is cooked in a home kitchen, then adjusted and cooked again before publishing. Cooking temperatures and storage advice follow recognised food safety guidance.

Responsible writing

  • We give clear timings, temperatures and quantities, and note where results may vary.
  • We do not make health or medical claims about foods or recipes.
  • We label vegan and vegetarian options and common allergens such as fish, shellfish, wheat, egg, dairy and nuts clearly.
  • We credit the food traditions, such as home kitchens around the world, that inspire our recipes.

Corrections

If you spot an error, please tell us through our contact page. We review every report, correct confirmed mistakes promptly and update the page date for significant changes.
